When Tom moved to Florida, he was delighted to find that a few of the local clubs were kind enough to provide a back-line Hammond organ and leslie speaker, one of the great peanut butter and jelly combinations of the music world. With all that hands on playing, and finally acquiring a beautiful vintage set-up for home, Tom became a Hammond Organ Company endorsed artist. Tom's latest project BLUES EQUATION has been thrilling audiences in South Florida and is excited to be finishing up its first LP.

This powerhouse group combines the forces of Hammond organ endorsed artist Tom Regis and South Florida sax phenom Ben Sparrow with the Landivar brothers - Krister on drums and David on guitar, both virtuosos who play with undeniable soul, to create a fresh and innovative sound blending the traditional rhythm and blues infused organ trio vibe with jazz, latin, and progressive elements. Blues Equation, while forging new ground, also confidently takes its place as a logical extension of the great lineage of jazz organ groups that grew out of the universal spirit of the music of the Black church, the melting pot of the Americas, and the rhythmic pulse of the Caribbean. This is music sure to get your toes tapping and your spirit moving!
